Look, you think you have panning skills. And, perhaps you do.

It was with this in mind that I made these.

Think of this not as a paydirt for fun but a small jar of soil from hell. Satan himself has tread on the dirt in these jars to guarantee that when your on your 3rd pass at panning down the black sand you'll question just how you managed to miss that much gold... again.

Guaranteed to contain a minimum of 1 gram of gold mined in Reedy Creek, Victoria. Plus additional unsearched gold from the cons that make up the paydirt.

Reedy Creek is a famous gold creek in the north east of Victoria Australia, producing hundreds of thousands of ounces of gold and later mined for tin.

It was first hand panned and ground sluiced in 1851 and hydrologically and bucket line dredged mined into the 1900s.

Gold is still found there today along its length of over 26km in vast quantities. It is possible to pan over an ounce in a day in the right spots.

Reedy creek gold tests on average 98.5-99.7% pure out of the ground. Making it some of the most pure natural gold on earth.

the black sands found in this paydirt are made of Cassiterite, tin ore, and are non magnetic. Up to 70% pure, if you smelt the black sand you'll recover pure tin valed at $27k per ton! You will also see tiny tin crystals and gemstones mixed into the black sands.

From my records the highest amount recovered in this series of jars was 2.11 grams the lowest was 1.04 grams. This highly depends on what natural gold occurs in our unsearched pay that out 1 gram is added to. There are no gauntees of more than 1 gram.

The dirt averages around 300 grams per container. This depends on the quantities of black sands. It may be 270g to 350g in variance.

This is more than enough to keep you busy for an hour if youre experienced or days if youre just starting out.

Shipping from Australia to the outside world is expensive. Insurance, tracking, postage and packaging on avarage costs $32aud to the USA and $46aud to Europe. I actually cover some of the costs from my profit margins to help cover these costs. But they are still expensive.

Good luck 👍

There’s GOLD in them there Bags!

Is it dirt?- yes. Does it pay?- sure, if you are patient and don’t keep your tailings to run again. Most importantly, is it GOLD?- Hell YES, it’s so shiny even Stevie Wonder could see its GOLD! But it is teeny tiny for the most part, but that’s why Stevie went to Specs-avers…

As someone who’s panned sporadically without any idea of what I’ve been doing, and only ever found one tiny flake.. this 1g and the slobber bag I tried first is an ideal way to learn to know what gold looks like in a pan (like gold, it seems), and how it behaves in the pan. YouTube can’t really teach you that. With fine stuff on a known quantity, it’s also demonstrated to me the reason to collect concentrates and not pan down to final product on site. You leave that pan of black sands to settle and the water to clear and a few days later when you walk past you’re just going to notice little shiny specs sitting in there.

So, the final criterion- Is it one gram of gold? I have no doubt, but you will have to work for it, and maybe revisit it a few times, but that’s where the value is, it’s not just a quick thrill- it’s one that keep on coming back a little more and a little more, like echos of the original excitement.

1g and slobber bags

Excellent product, ended up with over the 1g , really challenging to separate gold from the black sand, hours of enjoyment.
Thanks Chris

We couldn't get to the goldfields due to the weather. SO we ordered a bag of Dirt and bought the camping to us. Cheaper than a Trip, more light, more comfy chairs, and A guarantee that I wasn't processing dirt from the wrong spot.... classified with a kitchen siv and all 3 of my boys want MORE....... Thanks, Chris keep up the great work

Very challenging

I didn’t know if I was up to the task. The black sands were intimidating and I soon realized the very gold I’d seen in the videos was what I was chasing. I was focused like a kid with a video game and once the task was finally completed I was wanting more.First pass amount was 1.04gm. I’m going to go through it again. Definitely pleased.

1 gram paydirt

I found that the first time that I started panning it took a bit of practice to get the right technique but when you get it and you start seeing the gold it's great fun and a bit addictive. Dam you!!!!
